My 18 Chieftain was up for schedule maintenance service. It was a breeze to set up an appointment. Went online schedule it and was immediately contacted to confirm time and date. I have never been to this dealer as I always took my Bikes for Service to Fayetteville. From the moment you walk in, you are treated as family, all of the staff makes you feel at home. The Service Department Staff are very Knowledgeable and Professional. Happy Avalino went over all of the items that the Service was going to entail and the approximate time that it was going to take. I was glad to see Joe Cammarotta in the Facility. I have known him since 2017 when I bought my Chief Dark Horse from Baker their other dealer in Fayetteville. Joe has always been very Professional and courteous every time that we have spoken. I will definitely be coming back to Battleship Cycles and Marine for all of my Indian Motorcycle needs.
